Talent Hunt

Any person having unique qualities is called Talent. There are different types of talents, like Modeling, Acting, Dancing, Anchoring, Singing etc. A Talent always look for a chance to make it big in the Industry and thus, will look out for Agencies or Production house to post in their profile for them to consider. The talents search for agencies and through middlemen, who are agents. Agents also look for new talents and vice versa. Talented people will be in search of agencies to post in their profile. Once the profile has been posted, they wait for a chance or a call from the agencies themselves, or from some agents, who pose as middlemen for agencies. If any of the profiles get selected, they get a call from the middleman or agencies and they act accordingly. Agents / Middlemen will end up gaining profit from both the talents and also, the agencies. There might be circumstances where there is misuse of the talents profile by the middlemen. When there is such a situation, then no action can be taken as the middlemen are not reliable people. Middlemen concept can pose to be dangerous sometimes.
